About SockOdds
An Australian sports odds API for developers, from a weekend project to a production product.
SockOdds is a sports odds API run by ESK Solutions Pty Ltd in New South Wales, Australia. We record bookmaker, exchange and prediction market prices ourselves, give every game, team and player an identity that holds across bookmakers, and serve it all through one REST API.
What we care about
- Honest data. Every price says which bookmaker showed it and when we saw it. A price older than ten minutes is withheld rather than shown as current, and a missing price or result is never presented as zero.
- Readable keys. Sports, leagues, bookmakers, markets and periods have keys you can type, like
rlwc,sportsbetorplayer_tries_anytime. Games and players have ids that never change once issued. - Results you can settle on. Results are graded from official sources, market by market. What official evidence cannot settle is left pending, never guessed.
- Plain pricing. A free Developer plan that does not expire, and paid plans priced on usage. See pricing.
- Responsibility. SockOdds is data and analytics only. We do not take bets or give betting advice.
