SockOdds vs Unabated

What each API covers, what it costs and how usage is counted, from our docs and Unabated's own pages.

Both are odds data APIs, built for different jobs. Unabated: Market making, content and commercial products. SockOdds: decimal prices from Australian and global bookmakers, exchanges and prediction markets, each with the time we saw it, readable keys, recorded history and official results.

  • Readable keys and stable ids. Leagues, teams, bookmakers and market types are readable keys; events, players, markets and outcomes have ids that stay the same across bookmakers, and results use the same outcome ids.

Moving a request to SockOdds

Read our leagues and market types once from GET /v1/leagues and GET /v1/markets, then ask for the prices you show. Send your key in the Authorization: Bearer header, from your server. A round of AFL head to head, line and total prices at two bookmakers is one request:
