Some books appear under lane suffixes when a separate product of theirs is priced separately: dabble__pickem is Dabble's pick'em board; betfocus__sgm_only, mintbet__sgm_only, dabble__sgm_only and picklebet__sgm_only are same-game-multi lanes. Treat the canonical id (before __) as the book.
